NCLAT to hear only IBC appeals from Tuesday

The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) will hear only appeals under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) from Tuesday to avoid overcrowding of court rooms amid the Covid-19 pandemic.
