MGNREGA focus on asset quality, skilling now

The rural development ministry would earmark MGNREGA funds to help the most backward blocks in hiring specialised manpower on natural resource management,coordination and monitoring of projects. Around 250 blocks in 117 aspirational districts have been identified for few days providing additional support.
