A Samajwadi Party leader has put up hoardings bearing pictures of former BJP MLA and rape convict Kuldip Singh Sengar and former BJP union minister and rape accused Chinmayanand right next to banners of pictures and personal details of people accused of violence during anti-CAA protests in Lucknow.
