Democracy will fail if police fails to enforce law: Doval

While inaugurating the third ‘Young Superintendents of Police Conference’ organised by BPR&D, Doval said: “Lawmaking is the most sacrosanct job in a democracy." Addressing young police officers from across the country at an event in Gurugram, the NSA advised them to be “credible and fair” in the eyes of the common people.
