CJI SA Bobde says courts have ‘never’ been able to prevent riots, cannot ‘prevent’ them

Chief Justice of India SA Bobde deflected criticism of the Supreme Court over its supposed inaction in quelling the recent Delhi violence. Bobde eventually listed the case for hearing on Wednesday.
