SC Takes cognisance of infant death at Shaheen Bagh stir

The Supreme Court on Monday issued notices on two petitions-- one demanded the eviction of the protesters from a “public road” and the other had drawn the court’s attention to the death of an infant due to exposure to cold. The notices were issued by different benches.
