Mumbai High Court asks Finance Ministry to enhance DRT infrastructure

The order comes after a plea by IARC, Kotak Mahindra Bank to expedite pending cases at tribunal. The Court found that money from financial institutes was stuck in various agencies, where cases have been taking their own time to get processed - either due to a lack of manpower or infrastructure.
