Congress, AAP instigated Delhi riots: I&B minister Prakash Javadekar

I&B minister Prakash Javadekar alleged that on December 14 Congress chief Sonia Gandhi ‘incited the crowd’. He also referred to remarks of AIMIM leader Waris Pathan, without naming him. AAP leaders Amanatullah Khan and senior Congress leaders tried to instigate people for the last two months which caused the present riots, he alleged.
