Centre has to reply to Kerala suit on CAA by Feb 25

Summons were issued to the Centre through the AG on Jan 30, state counsel G Prakash confirmed. A top court registrar issued the summons, he said. Under the top court rules, the central government will have to respond to the summons within 27 days.
