Speed up Cabinet proposals if ministry agrees with appraisal bodies: Cabinet Secretary

Cabinet Secretary Rajiv Gauba has asked all secretaries to not initiate fresh Inter-Ministerial Consultations (IMC) for Cabinet proposals if the sponsoring Ministry is fully in agreement with recommendations of the appraisal bodies regarding the proposals.
