Centre appoints Nripendra Mishra as chairman of Nehru museum council, MJ Akbar out

Mishra who resigned from the PS to the PM post last year is a UP cadre IAS officer, closely associated with the think tank Vivekananda International Foundation. At NMML, he replaces Lokesh Chandra, former president of Indian Council for Cultural Relations, as the chairman.
