Opposition parties blamed BJP for creating an 'atmosphere of hatred' ahead of the Delhi assembly elections and said this was to blame for the incident of a man firing a shot and injuring a student protesting against the Citizenship Amendment Act in Jamia Millia Islamia on Thursday.
